Eric Rosales Leal, AAIA, is an architectural designer based in Northwest Arkansas whose work explores the relationship between people, place, material, and light. A graduate of the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design, Eric has developed experience across residential and commercial projects, working through all stages of design from early concepts and visualization to construction documentation and coordination.
Eric has collaborated with local builders and clients throughout Northwest Arkansas, with a particular focus on custom residential design. His approach is grounded in regional sensitivity, material clarity, and careful attention to how architecture is experienced. Through plico.studio, he seeks to create thoughtful, enduring spaces that respond to their surroundings while remaining deeply connected to the people who inhabit them.
Outside the studio, Eric can be found hiking and photographing Northwest Arkansas's landscape, often with his dog Nala close behind — finding inspiration in the intersection of natural environments and intentional design.
Campbell Martin, AAIA, LEED Green Associate, is an architectural designer originally from the DFW area, who moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2020 to attend the University of Arkansas. She graduated with distinction in 2025 from the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design, earning a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Interior Design.
Campbell believes good design does more than look right — it should feel right, supporting the physical and mental well-being of the people who use it every day. That conviction shapes how she approaches each project, treating every space as a chance to leave a lasting, positive mark on the way someone moves through their daily life.
Outside the studio, she recharges outdoors — hiking and playing pickleball, usually with her dog Ollie in tow — and spends her downtime with friends, traveling, thrifting, and working on creative pursuits like painting, needlepoint, and reading.
Ollie is plico.studio's official Quality Control Officer. His qualifications include an unmatched nose for snacks, a rigorous approval process for every floor plan, and a firm belief that any good design meeting should end in a walk. When he's not on the clock, you'll find him hiking or supervising a pickleball match.
Nala serves as plico.studio's Director of Customer Relations. She greets every client with unwavering enthusiasm, offers moral support during long revision rounds, and firmly believes the best design reviews happen with a belly rub in progress. Off duty, she's usually found trailing Eric on a hike or keeping a close eye on the studio's snack supply.
